Dirk
Heene 7th Dan.
Dirk was born in Aalt 24th January 1949. He is senior instructor
for the Belgium Karate Shotokan Academy (BKSA).
He began karate training in 1965 & became a member
of the national team from 1970-1980.He graduated in physical
education from Ghent University, He currently teaches at
the sport secondary school in Hasselt & has a budo
section at the school.
He is president of the Shihankai for the KSKA. &Technical
director of the BKSA & technical advisor to the Scottish
Shotokan Academy.
